You are lucky.I heard that it had been raining for sometimes.so you could see the lake with water.Coz sometimes no rains and caused the lake dried out.
Do you know that Taiping also known as RainTown?

i like the use of the leaves (is this bamboo?) to show proximity and to conceal the trees only seen in the reflection on the water. i like the concept -- it's well thought of, which is rather rare to photos nowadays. :) thank you for sharing, my friend!

not only old men bet on this ...almost all the taiping lang like to bet on this,what time it will rain ,heavy rain or showers or even thunderstorm and so on.....hihi..
